Sparkling Fruit-Infused Lemonade

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh lemon juice (4–6 lemons)

1/2 cup fruit syrup or 1/2–3/4 cup sugar/honey (to taste)

3 cups cold still water (for steeping & flavor blending)

2 cups chilled sparkling water or club soda (add just before serving)

1–2 cups fresh fruit (sliced or muddled)

Ice

Optional: herbs like mint, basil, or rosemary

🧊 Instructions:

Make the Fruit Syrup (optional but more flavorful):

Simmer 1 cup chopped fruit with 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water.

Strain, cool completely.

(OR: Just muddle fresh fruit in the pitcher for a lighter infusion.)

Mix the Lemonade Base:

In a large pitcher, combine:

Lemon juice

Fruit syrup (or sugar/honey)

3 cups still water

Fresh fruit and herbs

Stir well and chill for at least 30 minutes.

Add the Sparkle:

Right before serving, add cold sparkling water to preserve bubbles.

Stir gently to combine.

Serve:

Pour over ice.

Include fruit slices in glasses.

Garnish with a sprig of mint or a lemon wheel.
