All you need:

Tin of chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 carrots

1/2 pepper

Mixed leaves

50g feta cheese

1 onion

Handful of cherry tomatoes

Handful of nuts (I had unsalted peanuts so used them)

For the dressing

Clove of garlic, minced

1tbsp olive oil

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Tsp of honey
