Chicken Supreme

Packet of chicken
Butter
Chicken seasoning
6 shallots
3 garlic cloves
Flour
Vinegar (white or cider)
Dijon mustard
Stock
200g green beans
Parsley
Cream
Crusty bread
Petunjuk
Fry chopped up chicken with 2tbsp butter and add chicken seasoning. Remove and keep to one side.
Chop shallots and garlic and fry with another tbsp butter in the original pan. Chop green beans.
Add 3tbsp flour, fry quickly, then 2tsp vinegar to reglaze pan. Stir in 250ml stock, mustard, and mixed herbs. Add trimmed green beans. Summer for 10 mins (til green beans cooked)
Chop parsley. Add the chicken, and up to 250ml cream with most of parsley back to pan. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with crusty bread, and top with remaining parsley.
