Best Strawberry Shortcake

Bahan-bahan

3 cups flour

3 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

3 tbs sugar

1 tsp salt

1.5 cups heavy cream

1 stick cold butter cubed

Strawberries or other berries

Whipped cream

Petunjuk

Mix all dry ingredients, add cubed butter and cut into dough with a pastry cutter until pea sized dough forms.

Mix in cream until just wet and pour onto parchment paper to finish mixing

Shape into a rectangle, cut into 8 squares, then brush with cream and granulated sugar.

Bake at 375 F for 15-17 mins until slightly browned.

Serve with freshly chopped strawberries or other fruit covered in sugar and freshly whipped
