High-protein Blueberry Donut Holes

Here’s how to make them:

½ cup cottage cheese.

Petunjuk

Mix with ½ cup almond flour and ¼ cup sweetener to form a dough.

TIP: Please make sure your cottage cheese is strained and as dry as possible. Add more flour if needed.

Divide into 6 pieces.

Press 1–2 blueberries into each and roll into balls—roll well so they hold together!

Air fry at 360°F for 8 minutes.

Dust with powdered sugar and devour.
