Sourdough Creamy Burrata & Truffle

Bahan-bahan

1 round sourdough boule

2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp butter, melted

3 garlic cloves, minced

250 g burrata

1 tbsp truffle oil

Sea salt flakes & parsley to finish

Petunjuk

Slice top off the boule, hollow gently.

Mix butter, olive oil & garlic. Brush inside of bread.

Place burrata inside, drizzle with truffle oil.

Replace bread lid, wrap in foil. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20 min.

Slice open for molten burrata explosion.

Garnish with parsley & sea salt.
