Pickle Brined Onions 3.5% Salt

Bahan-bahan

◦Whole Onion, Peeled

◦Add enough water to completely submerge Onions.

◦Take the total weight of the onions and water x 3.5% to get your weight of Salt.

◦Pour water from onions into a pot with salt and add:

◦40g Dill Seed

◦75g Pickling Spice

◦1 bunch of Dill

◦Bring to a boil. Cool completely and pour over onions. Onions should brine for at least 2-3 days.
