STICKY CHICKEN TENDERS

Bahan-bahan

• 2 boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins

• 1/4 cup egg whites (egg beaters) or 1 whole egg

• 1/2 cup cornflakes (crushed)

• 1/4 tsp salt, pepper, garlic, cajun

• sauce for tossing: 2-3 TBS sweet chili sauce (Franks) + 1 TBS honey + 1 TBS soy sauce

Petunjuk

1. Add egg whites (or regular egg, whisked) to a large bowl.

2.In a separate bowl, add cornflakes and crush until they are fine crumbs, add seasonings here as well

3. Dip thawed chicken tenderloins in egg mixture, then immediately transfer to bowl with crushed cornflakes. I like to press my chicken into the cornflakes so they really stick and fully coat my chicken

3. Air fry 400F for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes. While chicken is cooking, mix together sauce ingredients.

4. Gently toss chicken strips in sauce until coated and serve with sides of choice
