Honey Limeade

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh lime juice (6–8 limes)

1/2 to 3/4 cup honey (to taste)

4 cups cold water

Ice

Optional: lime slices and mint for garnish

🧊 Instructions:

Make Honey Syrup:

In a small saucepan or bowl, mix:

1/2 to 3/4 cup honey

1/2 cup hot water

Stir until fully dissolved. (Honey mixes best with warm water—don’t skip this step.)

Juice the Limes:

Squeeze enough limes to get 1 cup of juice.

Strain to remove pulp or seeds, if preferred.

Mix the Limeade:

In a large pitcher, combine:

Lime juice

Honey syrup

3.5 cups cold water

Stir well and taste. Adjust with more lime, honey, or water as needed.

Chill & Serve:

Refrigerate or serve over ice.

Garnish with lime slices or a sprig of mint.

🍍 Optional Add-Ins:

Mint or Basil – Add fresh herbs while chilling for subtle flavor.

Ginger – Steep a few slices in hot water before mixing with honey.

Fruit Puree – Add strawberry, mango, or pineapple puree for a fruity twist.
