Honey Chipotle Pulled Chicken Burgers

These were deliciousssssss and super easy to make! ⁣

Ingredients to serve 2:⁣

Chicken breast (2)⁣

Onion (1)⁣

Tomato puree (2tbsp)⁣

Honey (1tbsp)⁣

Chipotle paste (2tbsp)⁣

Paprika, garlic powder, onion salt ⁣

Brioche buns (2)⁣

Lighter cheese slices (2)⁣

Wrap the chicken breasts in tinfoil and airfry for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Once cooked, pull apart with 2 forks and set aside⁣

Whilst these are cooking, finely slice the onions and add to a frying pan along with the paprika, garlic powder and onion salt ⁣

Once browned, add in the tomato puree, chipotle paste & honey along with a few tbsp of water⁣

Stir together and simmer for a few minutes to thicken, then add in the chicken breast & stir together to combine ⁣

Add this mixture to the brioche buns, top with the cheese slices andddd thats it! I had mine with some airfryer chips and salad! ⁣
