Grilled Pineapple with Cinnamon Sugar

Bahan-bahan

4 round slices pineapple (each ½ inch thick)

4 tsp sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tbsp vegetable oil

Petunjuk

Cut each slice of pineapple into semi circles.

Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Mix well. Sprinkle over pineapple slices on both sides.

Heat up a cast iron grill pan on the stove. Brush pan with vegetable oil.

Place pineapple slices on the pan and grill for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. You may have to do it in 2 batches.

Remove and serve immediately.
