HAMBURGER MUSHROOM BAKE

Bahan-bahan

1 lb lean hamburger

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp pepper

6 oz cream cheese

3 egg

1 lb mushrooms

1 tbsp butter

1 tsp Lawrys

1 tsp parsley

1/4 tsp pepper

grated cheese

Petunjuk

Preheat oven to 350°

Brown Hamburger

In food processor mix cream cheese, and add eggs 1 at a time until well incorporated. Pour over browned ground beef and mix.

Transfer to a 4 cup casserole dish and press down.

In frying pan cook mushrooms over medium heat in butter until soft. Sprinkle with Lawrys parsley and pepper. Place on top of hamburger mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 20 - 25 minutes
