Chive Corn Pudding

1/4 c. cornstarch

4 large eggs

1 c. heavy cream

2 can whole-kernel corn

2 can cream-style corn

c. chopped fresh chives

1 tbsp. sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 tsp. each ground nutmeg and salt

tsp. cayenne

Petunjuk

Heat oven to 350ºF. Coat a 2 1/2-qt shallow casserole with nonstick spray.

In a large bowl, whisk cornstarch, eggs and heavy cream until cornstarch is dissolved. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into prepared casserole.

Bake 40 minutes or until just firm and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with additional chopped chives, if desired.
