3 lbs skirt or bottom round roast; small diced

For my carne asada seasoning mix

1 tbsp chili powder ;I use New Mexico

1 tbsp lemon pepper

2 tsp ground cumin

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp chipotle powder

Salt I use 4 tsp

Salsa de árbol:

5 boiled tomatillos (you put them in pot with water over high heat as soon as it boils turn off)

1 boiled tomato

Handful of chile árbol;lightly toasted

2 chile puya;lightly toasted

2 garlic cloves

salt

Avocado salsa:

2 large avocados

2 serranos

2 garlic cloves

Lime juice

Salt

1/2-3/4 cup water
