<1 tsp (2g) Japanese matcha green tea (see note)

3-4 ounces (100-120ml) cold water, to taste

Petunjuk

In a cocktail shaker or sealable plastic container, combine matcha and water, seal tightly, then shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. Pour into a bowl or large mug with ice and serve.

Catatan

Adjusted down to 2g powder per serving: any more means less sleep Ratio to water should stay ~1:50-60.

Shaking vessel should be ½ full and ½ air for best frothing.

Serious Eats: adjust for a stronger or lighter result, depending on your taste. (Note, though, that the less tea you use, the more difficult it will be to form a stable foam.)
