Marry Me Cowboy Sauce

Bahan-bahan

4 tablespoons butter

2 pieces bacon

1 tsp bacon grease (optional)

2 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon chili flakes or chili oil

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tablespoon chopped sun-dried tomatoes

1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan

¼ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup sour cream

2–3 tablespoons buttermilk or milk

1 tablespoon fresh dill

3 tablespoons fresh parsley

2 tablespoons fresh chives

Salt & pepper

Mix everything together into a food processor and top on steak, burgers, chicken wings, and whatever you think would pair well! Keep in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
