Magic Pumpkin Pie

1 unbaked 9” pie shell

2 cups 16-17oz canned pumpkin

1 Eagles Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk

1 egg

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp ginger

3/4 tsp cinnamon

Petunjuk

Blend together all ingredients

Pour into shell. Bake 375 degrees for 50-55 minutes, or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean)

Cool.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving

Top with cool whip
