Homemade chocolate pudding

2 TBLS butter

4 tsp cornstarch

2 cups heavy cream

1/4 c sugar

1 c chocolate chips

Melt butter in saucepan. Sprinkle on cornstarch and whisk until cornstarch is dissolved. When dissolved, add in heavy cream. Add sugar. SLOWLY increase heat to medium whisking constantly until it starts to simmer and thicken. Take off heat and stir in chocolate chip.Stir until melted. Pour into bowl, cover and chill for at least an hour.
