Dinner Rolls from @reviskitchenn

1 cup warm milk (100-110°)
2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
2 TBS sugar
4 TBS melted unsalted butter + more for brushing the tops, ~2 TBS
1 egg
1 tsp sat
3 - 3.5 cups AP flour
Petunjuk
Mix warm milk, yeast, & sugar; & bloom for 10 minutes.
Combine yeast mixture with butter, egg, & salt in a mixing bowl with a dough hook.
Mixing with the dough hook, slowly add 3 cups of flour.
Mix all together using the dough hook for 10 minutes.
Flour down a surface & dump your dough. Knead for a couple of minutes to make a smooth dough ball.
Wipe your baking dish with butter (a thin layer) and add your dough ball. Rest for 1 hour covered.
Punch the air out. Cut into 12 balls. Optional: You can use a kitchen scale to measure the whole ball, divide by 12, and use that as your goal for each ball’s weight. My average is 60 grams per dough ball.
Add back to the previous buttered dish the 12 balls. Let rest covered for 30 minutes.
Bake 375 for 15 minutes.
Brush tops of finished rolls with melted butter, about 2 TBS.
