Cabbage and Ground Beef

1 small cabbage, chopped

1 lb ground beef

1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes

1 cup onions, chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Petunjuk

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the onions and garlic, sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant and translucent.

Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned, about 5–6 minutes.

Stir in the paprika, ground cumin, salt, and pepper; cook for another minute.

Add the chopped cabbage and can of diced tomatoes (with juices). Stir well to combine.

Bring to a gentle simmer, cover, and cook for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.

Uncover and cook for an additional 5 minutes to let excess liquid evaporate.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if using.
