Angry Dads Vegetable Beef Soup

Bahan-bahan

1 lb 93/7 hamburger meat

10-12 baby carrots (diced)

1/2 yellow onion

1tsp minced garlic

Salt/pepper to taste

1tsp garlic powder

1tsp onion powder

1 14.5oz can petite diced tomatoes

1 15oz can tomato sauce

1 32oz carton beef broth

1 packet Lipton beefy onion soup mix

1 14.5oz can cut green beans

3-4 russet potatoes (diced)

Petunjuk

Cook up ground beef until almost done (medium heat)

Add carrots, onion and garlic

Cook until onion is translucent

Add seasonings

Add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce

Add beef broth

Add lipton beefy onion soup mix

Add can of green beans (or fresh/frozen)

Bring to a simmer Medium/High heat

Add in potatoes

Turn heat to low and let simmer for about 20-30 minutes until potatoes are fork tender.

Stir occasionally so it doesn't start to stick.

Once potatoes are soft it is ready to enjoy. Salt and pepper to taste. I serve mine with cornbread.
