Ganny Doak’s PB Cookies

Bahan-bahan

1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

NOT evaporated milk

3/4 - 1 cup peanut butter

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups biscuit baking mix (I think 1 cup is enough)

Granulated sugar

Petunjuk

Preheat oven to 350

In large mixing bowl beat milk, PB, egg and vanilla until smooth.

Add biscuit mix and mix well

Refrigerate at least 1 hour

Shape into balls, roll in sugar and place on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with fork

Bake 6-8 or until lightly browned (do not over bake)

Cool

Store tightly covered at room temperature

I love these little cookies and don’t recall Grandmama ever making them, but when her parents visited they aways brought some.
