Chili Cheese Dog Bake

1 Tablespoon softened butter

1 12-count package hawaiian rolls

6 hot dogs, cut in half crosswise

1 Tablespoon yellow mustard

1 15-ounce can chili

1 cup nacho cheese sauce

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/3 cups sliced pickled jalapenos

1/4 cups finely chopped onion

Preheat oven to 350. Spread butter along bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Place rolls in dish and cut slit into each roll taking care not to cut all the way through.

Place a hot dog half in the slit of each roll. Drizzle a thin layer of mustard over the top. Top evenly with chili and cheese sauce. Top with 1/2 cup shredded cheddar, Top evenly with jalapeno slices and remaining cheese and bake 30-35 minutes or until bubbly. Top with onions and serve immediately.
