What you’ll need💫
240 g chickpeas, drained & rinsed
1 lemon, juiced
2 cloves cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 tablespoons tahini
15 g chives, finely chopped
4 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
3 tablespoons fresh tarragon
25 g basil, roughly chopped
125 ml water
½ teaspoon fine sea salt
Top with: 1 teaspoon olive oil
5 g chives, finely chopped
5 g parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon flaky sea salt
How to make it💫

Place all of the ingredients for the hummus into the bowl of a food processor and blitz until smooth and creamy. It can take a while to break down all of the herbs, so allow it to process for several minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Add salt to taste.
Spread out in a shallow bowl, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with chives, parsley and flaky sea salt. Serve with your favourite vegetables and crackers for dipping. Keeps well in the fridge for up to 5 days.
