Mcchicken Sandwich with Mayo Sauce

800 gm Chicken Fillet (chicken breast)

1tsp Onion powder

1tsp Garlic powder

1tsp White pepper powder

1tsp Black pepper powder

1tsp Chili powder

1tbsp White Vinegar

1tsp Salt

Dry coat⬇️

1 cup All-purpose flour

1 cup Cornflour

1tsp Garlic powder

1tsp Baking powder

1tsp Salt

1tsp Chili powder

1tsp Black pepper powder

1tsp Paprika powder

1tsp Onion powder

1 1/2cup Cold Water

Oil for frying

MAYO sauce⬇️

1 cup Mayonnaise

1 1/2tbsp Mustard paste

1 tsp vinegar

1 tsp garlic powder

ASSEMBLE⬇️

Mayo sauce

Iceburg Lettuce (shredded)

Burger Buns

Cheese slice (optional)

Chicken patty refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour or until they become firm and easy to handle!!

Coat each patty in the dry batter first. Next, mix baking soda and cold water into the remaining dry batter to create a wet batter, but hold off on dipping the patties for now!!!
