Add 1 cup pure pomegranate juice + 1 cup granular monkfruit (or honey or organic cane sugar) to stove over medium heat.
Bring to low boil, then lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
Pour into storage glass and refrigerate (will last several months in the fridge)
How to Serve
Pour chilled & now thickened grenadine over ice, and layer with prebiotic "soda"
Top with a splash of organic orange juice, stir to ombré beauty, and enjoy!
