Creamy Italian Chicken

4 boneless chicken breasts

1 envelope of Italian salad dressing mix

1/4 cup of water

1 package 8 ounce light cream cheese

1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup

1 4 ounce mushroom, stems and pieces drained

Hot cooked rice or noodles

Place chicken and slow cooker. Combined dressing mix and water and pour over chicken. Cover and cook low for three hours. In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and soup until well blended. Stir in mushrooms. Pour over chicken and cook one hour longer or until chicken juices run clear. Serve over noodles or rice.
