My Top 3 Healthy Marinades for Chicken

½ cup (120g) non-fat Greek yogurt
1 jalapeño (remove seeds for less heat)
1/3 cup (10g) fresh cilantro
1 tbsp honey or sugar-free maple syrup
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
2. Spicy Maple Dijon Marinade
That sweet heat + mustard tang combo? Unreal.
Ingredients:
¼ cup (60g) Dijon mustard
2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp cayenne
Salt & pepper to taste
3. Lemon Garlic Herb Yogurt Marinade
Creamy, zesty, herby — light but packed with flavor!
Ingredients:
½ cup (120g) non-fat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
These marinades make enough for 1.5 lbs (24 oz) of chicken! Let the chicken soak for at least 2–4 hours (or overnight) for maximum flavor!
