Caesar Chicken Baked With Crispy Parmesan Crust

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup creamy Caesar dressing
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp melted butter
½ cup heavy cream
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a white or light-colored baking dish with olive oil.
Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
In a bowl, mix Caesar dressing with half of the Parmesan cheese.
Coat each chicken breast evenly with the Caesar mixture and place them in the baking dish, slightly spaced apart.
Sprinkle remaining Parmesan evenly over the tops, then add the shredded mozzarella, covering each piece fully.
Drizzle melted butter around the base of the chicken and pour heavy cream into the dish (not directly over the tops). This creates the rich sauce that pools underneath.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally and the top becomes golden and bubbly.
Broil for 2–4 minutes at the end to create a deeply golden, crispy Parmesan crust with browned spots like in the image. Watch closely so it doesn’t burn.
Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes. Spoon some of the creamy butter sauce from the pan over the chicken. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
