Korean BBQ Marinade

Hozzávalók

3/4 to 1 cup packed brown sugar

1 cup soy sauce (prefer low sodium)

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup mirin

2 Tablespoons minced garlic

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

green onion, thinly sliced

Mix ingredients in bowl.

I accidentally put 1/4 cup sesame oil instead of mirin and *that* was a stellar accident. (still add the mirin but yum.)
