160g greek yoghurt

1 x 9g sachets Lemon Jelly Lite, prepared

Any add ins you like — blueberries, raspberries etc.

biscuit toppers - optional

Stir yoghurt to make sure it's nice and smooth )this helps to reduce the amount of yoghurt clumps throughout the mixture.)

In a separate bowl stir the lemon jelly sachet with 1 cup of boiling water.

Once disolved, add the yoghurt and jelly mixutres together.

Let cool slightly and add in your berries or toppings of choice.

Let them set in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours and then enjoy!
