Easy High-protein Pancake Bowls

These were great. Quick to make, tasty, and packed with protein.
Here’s the original recipe:
1 egg
50g plain or vanilla yogurt
70ml milk
35g all-purpose flour
25g vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
Drizzle of honey (~1 tsp, or adjust to taste)
Top with fruit of your choice and bake at 180°C / 350°F for 20–25 minutes.
Optional: more honey or maple syrup after baking if you like it sweeter.

Protein: 31g
Fat: 8.5g
