Green Olive Dip, Hummus Appetizer

Útmutatók

1 can garbanzo beans

1/2 cup each of olives I used pitted castelvetrano and manzanilla olives

1/2 jalapeño

1 tablespoon capers

4-5 garlic

2 tablespoons tahini

1/4 cup water - add as needed

2 ice cubes

1 teaspoon salt

2-3 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup each parsley curly and flat

1/2 cup cilantro

Pita bread , crostini or crackers to serve .

NOTE - add more green herbs to get a darker green color

NOTE- you can mix garbanzo beans and ready made pesto and skip all the ingredients if you like just add water and olive oil to get a dip consistency!
