Hozzávalók

2 T finely chopped white onion

1 T finely chopped jalapeno chilli

¼ tsp pink salt

¼ cup roughly chopped coriander leaves

2 medium avocados (or 1 very large one)

2 t Lime juice

2 small baby Roma tomatoes, deseeded and chopped

Útmutatók

Place the onion, jalapeño, salt and half the coriander in a mortar and pestle and grind to a paste.

Scrape into a bowl, add avocado and remaining coriander, and mash to desired consistency.

Stir through tomatoes.

Serve with plain corn chips.
