1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder

For the Beef:
1 lb lean ground beef (90/10)
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder

For the Bowl Assembly:
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 avocado, sliced
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp hot sauce (optional, for drizzle)

Roast the Sweet Potatoes: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until golden and tender.
Cook the Beef: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground peer, season with chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
Assemble the Bowl: On a white plate, add a portion of roasted sweet potatoes, seasoned ground beef, a scoop of cottage cheese, and fresh avocado slices.
