Peanut Butter Ice Cream

1 Large Banana

3 Tbsp PB2 Powder

2 Tbsp Monkfruit (or other 0 cal sweenter)

1 Tbsp Zero Sugar Vanilla Pudding Mix

2% Fairlife Milk (some)

Pinch of Salt

(Optional) Dark Chocolate Chips

Mash your Banana. Add in all the ingredients except the milk. Fill canister to fill line with milk. Whisk until blended. Lets stand for a bit to allow bubbles to subside and pudding to hydrate slightly. Freeze.

Once frozen, take canister out and allow to temeper on the counter for 5-10 minutes. Spin on Lite Ice Cream, and then add chocolate if desiered. I always use the Mix-In setting the second time because I think the re-spin adds too much air, but dealer's choice.

You may have to adjust the amount of banana or the relative amount of PB2 in your recipies a tad, this is for my XL sized canister. - Mav

I used one Tablespoon of sweetener for my smaller container, and I think I could even go less sweet. I want to try using unsweetened chocolate shavings in my next batch. - Alpha
