Potato starch/corn starch

Sauce

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup rice vinegar

5 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp ginger

1 cup sweet chili sauce

1/4 cup sriracha

2 tbsp corn starch with water to thicken sauce
