One Pan Chicken And Rice

You’ll Need:

2-3 skinless chicken breasts, chopped up

1 white onion, chopped

2 carrots, chopped

1 ½ cups broccoli, chopped

minced garlic

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup white rice

2 cups low sodium chicken broth

1/3 cup milk

8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

1 sleeve ritz crackers, crushed

Spices: garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika

You’ll Need To Do:

Preheat oven to 350F.

Season your chicken how you prefer.

Add your chicken to a pot with some oil, over medium heat on the stove.

Cook chicken all the way through and set aside.

In the same pot, add a little more oil. Add your veggies in. Cook until soft.

Add in butter. Allow to melt. Add in rice and chicken broth.

Season with above spices.

Add in about 4oz of cheddar cheese. Add chicken back in. Make sure everything is submerged.

Place pot in oven for about 20 minutes.

After cook time, add in milk and stir in. Top with the rest of cheese and ritz crackers.

Add pot back into oven for additional 5 minutes.
