½ small red onion, diced
160g low-fat Greek yoghurt
1 clove garlic, minced (or use fresh)
½ a squeeze of lemon (or a splash of lemon juice)
10g peanut butter
10ml soy sauce
Salt & pepper, to taste
150g cooked chicken breast
5g Spicy Bagel Seasoning (Mingle)
