Taco Cheeseball

Hozzávalók

2 bricks cream cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 packet taco seasoning

1 cup shredded Mexican cheese

1/2 cup sliced green onion

1 cup crushed Doritos

Útmutatók

Mix ingredients together in a large bowl until combined and smooth.

Roll into a ball and chill until firm.

Crush some Doritos (nacho cheese or cool ranch) and roll ball into them until covered.

Chill until ready to serve with crackers and tortilla chips.

Optional garnish: shredded lettuce and tomatoes
