Macaroni and Cheese

Hozzávalók

7 oz. box elbow macaroni

2 Tbsp. grated onion

3 cups (3/4 pound) American Cheese

1 tsp. salt

¼ tsp. pepper

1 Tbsp. oleo

2 Tbsp. oleo

2 Tbsp. flour

2 cups milk

½ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. pepper

Boil and stir 1 minute.

Pour cooked macaroni in casserole.

Pour white sauce over cheese.

Dot with butter.

Cover and bake 30 minutes.

Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
