Bloody Mary Recipe

(this amount should = Sat and Sun brunch)

Bloody Mary Mix:

4 ½ C. tomato juice

6 Tbs. lemon juice

1 ½ tsp. worchestershire sauce

1 ½ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. black pepper

¾ tsp. celery seed

1 tsp. Tabasco sauce

1 ½ tsp. fresh grated horseradish

To Serve:

1. Water glass filled to the top with ice

2. 2 tbs. (aka. 1 oz, ahem, a full shot) of sake

3. Fill to the top with Bloody Mary Mix (=3/4 C.) use a ladle and stir it up first
