Tomato Avocado Salad with Garlic Toasts and Chevre Cream

4 heirloom tomatoes in 1/2'' dice

1 avocado

2 T lemon rind

1 lime

2 garlic cloves

1 T cilantro

2 t oregano

1 t pepper

1/2 t cumin

kosher salt

Chevre Cream:

1/2 c cream cheese

1/4 c goat cheese

2 t cilantro

1 t oregano

1 garlic clove

Garlic Toasts:

Saute 2 T extra virgin olive oil and 1 clove garlic, chopped

Toss baguette slices in oil garlic mixture and bake for 10 mins.
