Paradise’s Pizza Dough

Hozzávalók

4 cups flour

1/2 cup sugar (approximate)

1 teaspoon salt

1 1/4 cup warm water, not hot

1 package dry yeast

1/4 cup of oil

Útmutatók

Let yeast dissolve in warm water for about five minutes. Mix well and kneed until smooth. Oil over bowl and dough. Let rise and punch down. Let rise again then pan out pizzas.

Bake 12 minutes at 425°. Put on toppings bake five minutes. Put on cheese and bake until melted.
