Sastojci

For cocoa mix:

1/3 cup cocoa powder

2/3 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

1/2 cup boiling water

Dairy:

1 cup skim milk

1 cup half and half

1 cup heavy cream

Upute

Whisk dry ingredients together. Stream in boiling water and vanilla, and whisk until incorporated. It will be a very dark and thick mixture. Heat to a simmer and stream in combined dairy. Whisk constantly while heating to desired temperature.
