High-Protein Cottage Cheese Wrap Edition
This one 100% f*cks! 🤝
What went in:
225g cottage cheese (1% fat)
2 whole eggs
Seasonings of choice (I used garlic powder & salt, same as the recipe)
Baked @350F (~175C) for ~30 mins until golden brown
You can stuff yours with whatever you like, I stuffed mine with:
200ml egg whites
50g turkey bacon
10ml Canadian maple syrup
20g low-fat mozzarella cheese
Macros for wrap only:
328 cals | P: 40g | C: 10g | F: 13g
My version:
550 cals | P: 70g | C: 22g | F: 20g
Golden brown outside, fluffy inside, a certified f*ck.
Would wrap again. 🤝
