Sausage Balls

1 package Stove Top Pork

3/4c hot water

1 egg

1/2tsp baking powder

1/2c chopped onion

1lbs hot sausage

4-5 chopped jalapenos seeds removed

Upute

Mix stove top and hot water. Add egg, baking powder, onion, hot sausage and Jalapenos. Form into Balls. Put i to greased cake pan, cover with foil. Cook 15mins at 325°F. Take off Foil, turn over. Finish cooking uncovered at 350°F until done. Serve hot or cold
