100 mL water

1/2 tsp fish sauce

1/4 tsp beef dasida (beef, chicken or veggie stock is OK!)

1/4 tsp kosher salt

black pepper to taste

chopped green onion to taste

sesame seeds to taste

gochugaru to taste

Feel free to top your gyeran jjim with a dash of sesame oil at the end.
