Yoghurt Protein Bake

Base ingredients (serves 4):
200ml milk of choice
120g protein powder - use discount code: LOUISHOWARD at applied nutrition for yours
4 eggs
280g vanilla protein yoghurt
10g baking powder
120g plain flour
2g sweetener (optional)
Topping ideas
120g raspberries
120g blueberries
120g strawberries
10g chocolate chips
1 Biscoff biscuit + 10g Biscoff spread
Or go rogue.
Upute
Preheat oven to 180°C
In each dish add
1 egg
50ml milk
70g protein yoghurt
Mix it up
Add
30g protein powder
½ tsp baking powder (about 2.5g)
30g flour
Sweetener if you want
Mix again
Add toppings now (save sauces for later)
Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C
Knife in
Comes out clean
You’re golden
Eat. Enjoy. Feel smug.
Storage
Keeps up to 3 days in the fridge
Reheat by loosening the lid and microwaving for 60 seconds
