Banana Pudding Cake

2 small ripe bananas

1 pkg. yellow cake mix, Duncan Hines

1 pkg. jello- Banana Cream or Vanilla INSTANT pudding

4 eggs

1 cup water

1/4 cup oil

1/2 cup finely chopped nuts (optional)

Upute

Slice bananas into large mixing bowl.

Beat until well mashed.

Add remaining ingredients and blend.

Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

Pour into well greased, floured, 10 inch tube cake pan.

Bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes

Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, if desired.
